Best and most yummy way to have chocolate without the guilt!

Check out Jello Sugar Free, Fat Free pudding.  I love the Chocolate Fudge!  I've had the butterscotch and cheesecake flavored ones before, too.  For 1/2 cup serving, it's only 80 calories!  Downside is that it contain aspartame... Just don't go too crazy on it! =)

Skinny Cow Ice Cream treats...just finished eating a cone (while envious co-workers gave me looks).  They are chocolately goodness!  They do contain sorbitol..but it is one sweetener I don't mind.

I literally just tried this out for my lunch. I added a packet of rich milk chocolate shake mix (60 calories) to a bowl of oatmeal to add some extra protein. It was actually really good! But considering the packets have a lot of vitamins, added fiber and protein, I'm sure adding it to nearly anything would make a good chocolate-fix thing!

Clif Zbars in chocolate brownie is awesome. It is only 120 cals and is like chocolate overload for me. Plus, its all organic. Never mind its for kids :)

I love sugar free, fat free jello pudding! The white chocolate is so yummy...the flavor reminds me of cake batter ice cream from Marble Slab. Also, the individualized cups for just 60 cals are super delish. I recently tried the Banana Fudge Supreme and Boston Creme Pie. Both=AMAZING

I so agree with the sugar free, fatfree jell-o puddings. The clif chocolate brownie z bars are amazing! Also for 130 calories a half cup of Breyers brownie mud pie ice cream is a god chocolate crave cure!

I love Jell-o pudding!! I buy the dry mix and weigh out the dry mix to make a single portion whenever I feel like it.. I use soy milk instead of regular milk and it comes out great every time!

Sometimes you want just straight up chocolate though, so I like the 60-calorie Hershey's sticks. They also make 100 calorie packs of different candy bars like snickers, 3 musketeers, m&m's, etc.

I don't like the idea of artificial sweeteners and fat-free foods, so I just buy real chocolate (milk or dark) and stick to 2-3 squares per day until the bar is gone.

I am currently trying to track down a fruit known variously as the chocolate pudding fruit, chocolate sapote, black sapote, black persimmon or caca-poule. It orginates in Mexico but can be found in some parts of Asia too... and it is said to taste a little like chocolate mousse! I have a photo of it in my journal. Has anyone tried it?

Now that would be my perfect low-cal chocolatey treat, if only I could get my hands on it!

I LOVE LOVE Emerald's Cocoa Roast Almonds. They have this hint of dark chocolate on the almonds, they come in 100 calorie packs and are PERFECT for that chocolate craving.

I can't stand artificial sweeteners, yuck, but there are plenty of low-cal chcolate options with real sugar that I  LOVE...

Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches, of course (130 cals)

Fibre One oats n chocolate bars (140 cals)

But the real winner is homemade black bean brownies (80 cals), so much gooey chocolately deliciousness!

I like to cut up a bowl of strawberries and then drizzle Hershey's chocolate syrup over them. Not to much, maybe a tablespoon. I find that cures my craving for chocolate......at least until the next day.

70% dark chocolate, at 50 calories per 10g square.  Up to 2 squares per day, depending on how awful the days going...

VitaTop double chocolate muffin top, @ 100 calories

No guilt on either one.

pure unsweetened cocoa is only 12 cal per tablespoon, and is one of the HEALTHIEST foods in the world

it contains antioxidants and 2 grams of fiber too!!

I try to stay away from added sugar, artificial sweeteners, or nutritionally void foods in general... even if they are "treats" that stuff doesn't need to be in my body!

so I take a tablespoon or two of cocoa powder (unsweetened of coarse) and some Stevia and add it to other foods... such as oatmeal, unsweetened almond breeze, whipped cottage cheese or whipped Mori Nu Lite tofu

oatmeal= googey rich chocolately indulgence, top with strawberries and yogurt mmm

almond breeze= chocolate "milk" or hot chocolate if heated

whipped cottage cheese/mori nu tofu= chocolate mouse or pudding like... high protein low fat

*these foods can actually be eaten as meals or additions to meals because they are actually good for you!!!

Dark Chocolate peanut butter and jelly wrap as a meal!  I'm having one for dinner tonight!  YUMMMMMM

I use the dark chocolate dreams peanut butter by peanut butter and co and sugar free strawberry jelly wraped up in a smart and deliciuos whole wheat wrap.  I usually eat it with a bowl of melon and a salad.  I never need dessert after this meal!

that sounds so good! You got me with the gooey. How do you make this?

Yes, recipie indeed for the black bean brownies!

I like the "No Pudge" brownie mix--you can make a single serving at a time, w/ vanilla yogurt. I also have a can of light whipping cream (15 cal per serving) for when I get desparate--less calories than even a single hershey's kiss.

And I highly recommend Turkey Hill brand light ice cream. You won't even believe how creamy it is! I like extreme cookies and cream.

I'm a cocoa fan too.  I love to make a mug of hot chocolate with good powdered cocoa 12 cal

and real sugar 20 cal

using non fat milk - 83 cal

And don't forget the marshmallow.  23 cal

Total = 138

Drink it slow

Do you drink protein shakes?  GNC brand (I use soy, but others swear by the whey) supposedly makes a yummy chocolate protein drink.  I use the strawberry because I am not really a chocolate lover.

:)
