The only item that I have ever ate there was the 6" Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki - Sandwiches/6 Grams of Fat or Less

I just had one for lunch.  370 calories + the green peppers and onions that I had them add to it.

This is the link to their nutrition information.

I always get the 6" turkey on wheat, no cheese, no mayo....add mustard, lettuce, green peppers, olives, tomatoes and pickles, pepper and red wine vinegarette. I think that's pretty good? I think Subway is a pretty good alternative fast food option.

6" veggie delight on wheat with no cheese or sauce. delicious!

I think the only hidden thing you get from Subway is sodium. I just had a 6" turkey with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, spinach, bell peppers, olives, vinegar, and S&P. It went great with the bowl of chicken noodle soup.

turkey on wheat no cheese toasted with lettuce, tomato, spinach, cucumbers, hot giardiniara and a TON of vinegar.  So tasty!

omg i love their veggie sub with mustard  (lettuce, pickles, banana peppers, cucumbers)   on wheat bread.. mmmmmmmmmmmm

maybe if you dont want a 'dry' taste, but dont want the calories in sauce get vinegar.

i love mine loaded with veges, and then vinegar

So what's the price of subway in the US?  Here in the UK is quite expensive.  A 6 inch sub is usually around £2.70-3.40 and a footlong is £5-6.50.

Five dollar...Five dollar...Five dollar footlongs  (you all know the tune).

In the US, it's $5 for most footlong subs, and they've been bombarding us with commercials about it (hence the tune above).

Since I'm still so heavy and my daily calorie amount is quite hard for me to ever reach, I've been eating the 12" ham sandwhiches. They fill me up for the rest of the night with only one last snack being perhaps some yoghurt or string cheese or grapes.

Subway is the only fast food I allow myself.

i love subway!  :D  the chicken breast is probably the best, but i dunno.  i even started getting spinach on mine!

I generally try to avoid onions because they give me gas. I would go for the chicken breast or turkey.

sweet onion chicken teriyaki- handsdown

Marinehead I am right there with you.  All of last year I needed a footlong since I was so big but now  6" with double the meat gets it done most of the time (most not always).  Some times i get cheese.  Sometimes i get them to put light mayo on very lightly.  And sometimes i go for double meat.  I always eat a ham and Turkey on wheat.  I lost by far the most amount of weight while eating foot longs for lunch three or four times a week.  That and cottage cheese for snack.  I have got away from Subway lately (started eating wraps and those Norwegian flat bread things with meat only) but i will be back.

When my wife is trying to drop some lbs she eats 6" turkey with double the meat.  I strongly recommend doubling up the meat.  The only down side is the sodium in the meat but we both regulate that by drinking tons of water before and after the meal.  And being extra considerate of the sodium in all other foods that day.  Eating subway or fast food is just fine in moderation but I really have to pay even more attention to salt all day because of the inherently high salt content in these types of food.

god bless you oreo2424. i have a subway every thursday after my public policy tutorial and i was worried about the calories. but now i know! ta very much.

singing girl, its not so expensive if you get the sub of the day! only £1.99.
