I was just wonder, if your going to cheat a little and eat something that doesnt fit in your diet, is it better to do it on a night that you are going to the gym, or a night that you take off of the gym? I have theories for both, but im not sure which is actually the best answer?

I would do it on the days that I am having a high calorie day like a gym day. That way I would be feeling fuller so I wouldnt be too temted to over do it.
i do it after my weekly weigh-in, saturday morning.
I usually try to limit my binge days to once a week. Like, every saturday or something. That way, the next day is Sunday and youre starting the week with a clean slate ^^
