Best time to weigh in?
Is it true that the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning? But then aren't you cheating yourself? What about time of week? What do you guys do?![]()
I think it is important only to mass yourself at the same time each day/week. So every monday morning, or every wednesday afternoon, or whatever. Then you are consistant and any fluxuations because of time should be negated.
Hmm I would pretty much agree with Tamirghost on this one. Develop a routine and your body should follow, you will get a much better reading of your weight by weighing in at consistent times. I wouldnt really go with weighing yourself everyday though. Being that your weight fluctuates 2-3 pounds in a day, that is a fine way to drive yourself crazy lolol. In my opinion, if pick a day {i personally use Sunday} and pick a time {i personally use the AM} and weigh yourself consistently once a week. Good luck!
