Best time for weighing oneself for this website
Hi. I was wondering what the best time of day would be to weigh oneself for the weight gain-loss log tool on this website. When I wake up I often, let's say, "lose water weight, etc, etc.) -- and weigh less. When I go to bed I often am fully hydrated from drinking lots of water (which I use to curb hunger) and my scale shows excess pounds of water-weight. Any suggestions?

I weigh myself first thing in the morning.
same as cellotlhicks -- I weigh myself as soon as I wake up (after going to the bathroom) on every Tuesday.
I just weigh myself two-three times a week, and it's always about the same time in the morning (before eating or drinking anything).
First thing in the morning after peeing, without clothes, and every day. Thats how i do it.
It doesn't matter when you weigh as long as you're consistent. But first thing in the morning is usually your lightest weight.
If you get upset by the little ups and downs of the scale don't weigh daily. How often to weigh mostly depends on your psychology.
