Best way to put on muscle
i want to put on more muscle, someone tell me how to do that, I use muscle milk maybe thats not enough
bilding muscle takes a wile unless u take drugs but we all know its not good for you a must is protein and carbs if you have a hard time putting on weight you need calories a after work out drink is also a must to take advantage of the anbolic window super sets also mite be what you need
work out you maintenance calories, up it by 200-250 for 2 weeks, whilst working out, then weigh urslelf, if you gained weight this should be your new daily calorie intake until you stop gaining weight on it, then up the cals again, by doing it slow your less likllely to get fat, althoguh you might put some on.
ALso you need to lift heavier but for less reps, 6 mimimum, max 8-10 on your last set you should only be able to get 6 reps (failure). 3 sets, 1 warm up. (warm up 10 reps to get the muscle ready with light weight)
Gaining size takes time if you want ton put on lean muscle with less fat possible. Also compound movemennts or block builders are the best bet for gaining size.
