A few things:

The body often mistakes the thirst mechanism for hunger. If you're really thirsty and you just ate less then 2 hours ago, chances are, you aren't actually hungry. Drink, and avoid eating until you feel hunger pains. : P

Enjoy eating healthy. Don't obsess about it so much that you have nervous breakdowns about how miserable you. Find something you like, such as a good fruit, and eat it. ^^

Usually, avoid having junk altogether if you can help it- once you take a bit of something you totally love, you probably want some more.

The weight isn't what's important- measurements and body image are much more significant.

Find some exercise you enjoy; you aren't going to want to if it's something totally boring.

And always remember, being healthy and losing weight is a lifestyle, not some short term thing you give up. Never give up as well!!
Try to keep the bad for you foods out of your house or sight... It keeps me from craving them!
Don't get locked into a very strict selection of foods. I believe it's a rare person that can eat the same menu for days and days and still feel encouraged and motivated. Burning out on the same foods will definitely force most people into feeling defeated.

So experiment with food. There are as many interesting ways to take in protein, carbs, and good fats as there are cultures on the planet. Look for spices and combinations of flavors to build a richer variety of staples.
