Best "Workout At Home" Video?
Hey all...
So, there are SO many "workout at home" videos, such as "The Firm", "Turbo Jam", "Walk Away The Pounds", etc.
I'm 6'1", about 295lbs. I'm not that athletic, I'm not that quick and I'm certainly not that strong.
With that said, what home workout video would be best for someone like me? And what are some that YOU like?
Thank you! Appreciate it.
Love and Alohas

I think whichever one you will use. I recommend going to your local library and checking out a few to try first and then if you find one you can do and can stand the instructor then purchase that one. I know lots of people love walk away the pounds but I also know some people who can't stand the way she talks or what ever.
I think that you need to find one that you like the best and that will be the best video out there for you . I have Netflix not that I am advertising for them but they are great for me and they have had a good assortment of workout videos that I use and there is no time constraints with their service.
I personally like the prevention 3-2-1 workout with chris freytag. I got it in a pack of two, with another chris freytag video called belly butt and thighs. I LOVE the 3-2-1 one because it goes by so quickly. You do three minutes of this, 2 minuts of that, then one last minute...then it starts over again on a different part of your body. It's really fun, too. :)
I enjoy the Biggest Loser DVD's because they allow you to tailor your workouts. You can choose to add whatever parts of you workout you want for your time and intensity level. They also do a combination of cardio and sculpting. I really enjoy them the best of all my DVD's.
HOpe that helps,
