Which is Better EnsurePlus or Boost

I  wanna try theses drinks but which one id better? Have anyone tried theses which one have you had the most success with? And which one taste better?

Personally I prefer ensure plus. Dark chocolate ensure plus is my favorite, but milk chocolate ensure plus is also preferable over boost. But, I actually think that the vanilla boost tastes better than vanilla ensure. Hope that helps!

i don't like either, i think they have a really chalky/medicinal taste, but if i had to choose one i'd go with ensure.

I agree..Ensure Plus definitely. I really like Chocolate, and Strawberry is pretty good.

To be perfectly honest....I have a case of EnsurePlus Chocolate....that's the one I can sip slowly and get it down. They all taste chalky to me.But I am FORCING myself to EAT...That's what I have to do. FORCE MYSELF...it is what it is..I Want to be Healthy, so to hell with how it tastes, I'm just doing it...Good luck and feel free to check out my profile and journals and see if we click...Lots of wonderful people on this site...I'm here to save my life...No Joke..It's time..So I force myself to have Ensure.....My Goal is that it will just become habit to eat...like my non-eating had...again, best of luck!
