Recipe Ingredients for Better Homes & Gardens Corn Muffins

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Better Homes & Gardens Corn Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.

  2. Mix wet ingredients in separate small bowl. Pour into well in dry ingredients; mix well.

  3. Divide batter into muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray (12 muffins). Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
