Weight Loss

I just came down with a cold!! A head cold, in the middle of summer. :( So far today, I ate about 1700 calories, which is what I was aiming for. I feel only slightly hungry, but I am a little dizzy. I don't know if that is from the cold or needing more calories. 1700 should be enough because I didn't do anything really all day (I am also breastfeeding, though). I just want to get better as FAST as I can because I have two little ones to take care of!
So, does anyone know if it is better to eat more or less calories when you're sick?

I'd assume you'd want to eat more because your body is using up more energy to fight off the bug.
I'd eat your total calories while you're sick and not do a deficit. Preferrably healthier foods, soups.
If you're not feeling well while you're sick, especially with 2 kids, it will probably server you better to eat the extra calories rather than attempt to lose weight. It really won't hurt you for a few days.
