Does anyone know of any good beverages to drink that aren't going to derail all my efforts??? I'm tired of water and milk. Any alternate options, ideas or drink recipes are needed and welcomed.

Has anyone tried "Water Sensations"? It's supposed to flavor water without any sugar, calories, carbs, or caffeine.

Crystal LIght its 5 cals for 8oz And they have alot of differnt flavors to choose from.
Since fruit juice can be nearly as high, if not more so, than soda, I sometimes put fruit juice in club soda (0 cals in club soda) and its a light refreshing drink for the summer.
Tea, iced tea those are my fall backs (watch out for caffinated tea)
Water really is the best drink. There's some discussion whether it's better for you cold, and I don't know if it's true, but your body NEEDS 64 oz. of pure water for digestion and metabolism. :) Possibly more.
Now, if you're looking for something to drink in addition.. I'd say go with anything, so long as you are aware of the calorie content. Caffeine does make you urinate more profusely, but I wouldn't make that stop you. Personally, I drink some non-caffeinated soda once in a while, and some carbonated water, once in a while :)

When I want something fizzy, I put about a tablespoon of frozen juice in a glass and fill it up with club soda or seltzer. It's sweet, but not too sweet, and very refreshing. Also, a squeeze of lemon or lime in club soda is nice. I don't like artificially sweetened drinks, mostly because of the taste, but also because I think they help to form a habit of craving very sweet drinks.
i like san pellegrino sparkling mineral water with a slice of lemon or lime.
ice tea is delicious. Plus, there's so many different flavors, you won't get bored. I also like to do half tea/half hibiscus juice. Already made hibiscus is about 80 cal per 8oz but if you can find the flowers or tea bags its 0cal & naturally sweet!
If you don't mind the taste of Splenda(I'm not a fan), Aquafina has a fruit flavored water. It's pretty good, I just do half water to dull the sweetness of the Splenda.

When I am out at a restaurant I always order an iced tea with lemon and sweeten it with Sweet & Low its wonderful. I really don't care for diet sodas, but I am head over heals for Sprite Zero.
Yeah, I've been doing a lot of the generic Wal-Mart version of Crystal Lite since it has 0 cals 0 fat but I get bored with that too. I've been wanting something carbonated so I'm going to have to try the club soda. I've been told that some soda is pretty good but I wasnt really sure which ones so I'll check that out too. I like iced tea but have a bad habit of using a lot of sugar but I guess if I use Sweet n' Low or Equal I should be ok. (which is better Sweet n' Low or Equal?) I cant stand Splenda so thats not an option for me. Thanks everyone!
