Hello all, I'm new here.. And pretty excited about this community..
Well, I'm 26 years old. A female. I used to weigh 254 lbs about 16 months ago. Now I'm 143 lbs and planning to get as low as 127 lbs. But now a new problem has surfaced! Since I was EXTREMELY obese, now I have a lot of sagging skin. I hate it! And I hate my body now! I don't know what to do.. I exercise almost everyday for an hour. But is exercising enough? Will it help me get rid of the extra luggage I'm carrying around? I mean, even if it took me another year to get rid of it. But I need to know what's the solution for this problem?! Besides surgery of course!
Thank you all, I appreciate it!
Amy,
I’ve seen shows on this, people that have fat surgically removed have this problem too. I think surgery is the quick solution, but not practical, otherwise I just suggest exercising everyday and eventually your body with firm up. (But don’t go crazy!)
Find a workout that targets all muscles of your body, or else you’ll just be firming up one area. Maybe swimming?
I think its great you lost so much weight and are sticking to it!

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
