After 3 months of calorie counting and working out I hit 135 today and according to the mayo clinic website...

AWESOME!!! I am excited for you and reading your entry and everyone's responses just gave me the energy and boost that I logged on looking for! I have been doing great but started to feel myself slipping back this week!
