What has been your biggest binge? (calorie wise)...PLEASE REPLY


I just want to vent my frustration and relate with some people. yeah, i'm pathetic. anyway, this weekend, I went through:

a carton of soy protein, 2 cartons of dulce de leche haagen dazs ice cream, a bag of ritz chips, a carton of whole milk, 3 packets of hot chocolate, 4 tubs of crystal lite, lots of turkey slices, a carton of yogurt, a carton of strawberry ice cream, 2 bags of popcorn, and my  meals which were healthy: spring rolls, paella...rice.

So, on saturday, I had around 2500 calories...today, i've had about 3000...and i'm freaking out. 3000 has been my highest yet. it was probably more...but i'm trying not to think about it.

so what about everyone else? can you relate your highest binges? Oh, and your height, weight.. this is a lot for me because i'm 95 pounds, 5'1"...i'm probably 100 now...oh god, i'm so pathetic. sorry.

believe me dear.....i binged so much int he last two days- foods i wouldnt even eat even when i was binge eating last time. I choose allt he high fat foods it was disgraceful!

i dont even know the calorie cont but i can guess it must have been like 5000cals per day for two days!!!!!

Tx goodness i got back ontrack today as I felt another urge to binge binge again- I ate like 300 cals and hit the gym and cardio to make up for the last two days

i know i shouldnt have to mkae up for it but it did make me feel better about the huge mistake in the past two days

im 31 years. about 5''1 and before the ninge i was 93 pounds-- i know underweight so i guess im probably 96 or so two days later!
i binged bad last week...3 days in a row!my stomach was in so much pain and im guessing they were like 6000 calories each day i still feel pretty bad from it but i only put on 2 pounds,werid huh? im back on track now and lost that pound that i gained proberly though eating light for a few days after but im now trying to maintain my weight coz seriously for me and maybe a few other people out there i think loseing weight causes me to binge like mad like theres no tomorrow =\ its just the process of it all like to much calorie counting and eating less and depriveing myself of favourite foods. so anyhoot saying all that im 5"1 and 96 lbs or 98 and hopeing to stay that way, i guess its still scarey when trying to maintain as you can go a bit over the top sometimes but at least you dont have to think bout it all the time. and i also think bingeing from time to time is a way of your body telling you it carnt handle being a low weight...i dont know but thats what happened when i was 93lbs 
obvously you're binging! you must SERIOUSLY not be eating enough if you're under 100 pounds at YOUR HEIGHTS! your bodies are DEPRIVED!! They NEED FOOD!!!

(i'm 5'2 and 108 lbs, trying for 103 maybe? it's a little low but if i look good, i'll keep it) my worst binge:

  • 2 chicken burgers (320)
  • tons of rice (200)
  • both smothered in bolognese sauce with tons of parmesan cheese (100)

that was just a big dinner, i was hungry. then my ex called and was being a dick. so i got mad and hung up on him. and then i was sad and bored, so naturally, i went to the kitchen and..

  • 1 vanilla drumstick (310)
  • 1 giant bowl of mint-chocolate chip icecream (maybe 300?)
  • giant bowl of mini wheats cereal (oh, maybe 400)
  • big big bowl of doritos (300)
  • another HUUUGE bowl of mint-chocolate chip icecream (300)
  • peanut butter chocolate bar (570)
  • 2 slices of pizza (400)
  • peanut butter and jelly sandwich (375)
  • handful of cheerios (25)
  • 2 fruit to go bars (100)

that's 3700 calories, holy sh*t. i went from 108 to 114 with that one. that was 2 weeks ago, and as of this morning i'm FINALLY 108 again. DONT BINGE.

I actually had a bad weekend too....thought I would treat myself for 2 good weeks on my diet and losing weight.  I had a Bojangles chicken biscut sandwich (fried chicken breast and buttermilk biscut) and fries for dinner Saturday night.  That meal alone was over 700 calories.  Thankfully I had only real small meals all day long and my total calories for the day as only 1390.

 Sunday was a little worse, although it tasted so much more worth it.  I had 3 pillsbury cinnamon rolls (my kids just had to have them for breakfast) and then for dinner we went out and I had a 10 oz prime rib and garlic mashed potatos.  I ate so fast that I barely tasted the food....I felt so sick afterwards! (yesterday was 1935 calories)

 I think a little binging isn't bad.  I only weigh myself weekly on Wednesdays, so I don't know what this did to me...I hope too just watch it for the next couple of days and hope I didn't gain much!

Oh...and I am 5'8" and as of last Wednesday 149lbs (shooting for 125).

ok friday night I ha three slices of pizza maybe 400 cals each and three bacardi silvers. so about 3800 total for the day. Saturday I had three slices of the same pizza and sx bacardi silvers about 3000 for the whole day sunday I did kinda good. Stayed below 2000 im sure I probably gained a half pound or a pound. but I feel really bad about itnow. im just nt gonna weigh myself.

I also had a bad weekend, sorta. Here is what I ate.

1. Botana for 2 (fajitas, nacho chips, and beans, all smothered in cheese) *on the plus side it wasn't greasy =) (2000-3500 or so calories)

2. 3 flour torillas (300-400 cals)

3. 1 Krispy Kreme Doughnut (300)

4. Slice of thin n crispy super supreme pizza (260)

5. 3 sugar cookies, slice of lemon brownie thing, a regular brownie, bannanut brownie, a large frosted cookie, 2 super small pecan thingys. (500-700)

6. Another Botana for 2 (this one was greasy, but at least someone shared it with me and it had chicken fajitas instead of beef fajitas) (2000-3500)

7. Large slice of brownie (400-600)

8. Some mexican pecan bread (300-500)

9. 2 turkey and cheese sandwiches w/ Baked! cheetoes. (600-700)

However, remember i said sorta, i had already reached my goal of 158lbs so now that i gained some weight back, i have a goal again.

Oh yeah im a male 6'1" 161 (right now anyways) 

Please keep in mind that im not trying to win any contests here, I merely posted to show you that it could be worse.

Hey. Im 5'5" and just under 90lbs. My biggest binge was around 11,000 calories. It was throughout the day but still. Thats a hell of a lot. Today I had 2 large pizzas in one sitting! Yikes.

Last week I ate a boneless bucket from KFC! This was after eating a chocolate triffle and a cheesecake

I didn't work out how many calories it was. I just could not face it! 

i had a huge binge today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!omg

-10 cookies

- a big bowl of chocolate icecream

-2 bowls of lucky charms

-3/4 box of honey nut cheerios

-ben and jerries low fat yogurt

-1 huge bag of honey mustard pretzels

-poptarts

-3 bags of peanut butter mand m's

-2 granola bars

-cupcake

- a bowl of apple jacks

 i think that's it!!!  i hate this more than ever!!

 

it was either today or sunday this week :(

i can't remember everything i ate today...but what i CAN remember

-cup of milk (100)
-granola bar (200) as planned, until the free food at a conference i went to...
- subway sandwich (330)
- bottle of OJ (220)
- choc chip cookie (~210)
- iced fudge brownie (250)
- small slice of vanilla almond log cake (100?)
- small slice chocolate log cake (100?)
- cheese crepe with cherry sauce (250)
- small granola bar (100)
- bag of carrots and grape tomatoes (100)
- cup of egg nog (100)
- cinammon raisin bagel (330)
- choc chip pumpkin cookie (210)
- kashi TLChewy (140)
- pop tart (200)
- half rice pudding cup (70)
- dinner (felt sick by now, but still ate some buttered salmon, seaweed salad, and soup) (300)
- a lot of candy (??????????)

and more too...but i can't remember :( :( :(
what i posted is already 3210 calories


i think my binge on sunday was worse though, because i can't remember ANYTHING except a loaf of bread (600 or higher), and a grocery bag FULL of candy (at least 1700), 4 poptarts (800), plus what i had for lunch and dinner (1200) which is already 4300.
being able to tell someone about my binge makes me feel...relieved though. im glad i dont have to hold it in and im glad im not alone :(

If I have a binge, 9 times out of 10 it includes a breakfast cereal. Country Crisp, which are like nut clusters, are the worst as they are really high in calories. I also end up binging on Bran Flakes (which is at least good for fibre), Coco Pops, Honey Loop, Honey Nut Cornflakes though....anything, I once even binged on Cornflakes, possibly the most boring cereal on earth.

If there is Nutella about I will always end up binging on it, so I never buy it. It is sad cos I would like to have a jar for maybe special occasions (lol!), but I can't as I know I will only end up feeling crap after finishing off the jar. Same goes for chocolate. If it is there I will eat it. So if my housemates buy a big bar it is hell avoiding it. It is ok if I buy little single bars for myself though as I can't binge.

Another bad one is small sweets of any sort. A friend of mine from America introduced me to Candy Corn last year and sent me some over this Halloween. I have so far managed to eat a large bag in about 5 days, which isn't too bad considering other people helped themselves too. But if I have a bad day, like I did today, I end up binging, and thus, I ate the rest of the bag D: I refuse to open the other packet now until I have learned my lesson and reached my goal weight. I may even have to hide the bag so that I resist opening it.

sweets tend to be my downfall too
my binge today was pretty bad, but as i was eating the poptart, i was opening the other packages and crumbling them into the toilet
it makes me sad to waste food, but it is the only way to prevent me from eating more of what im eating
and if i waited until i was finished with the pop tart i was on, id of course pick up another and start eating

sigh 

sweets always trigger my binges!! it sucks, i'm actually gonna go inpatient for eating disorder treatment so hopefully it helps break this addiction... let's try to post when we feel like binging to try to avoid it

 

I dont know I think I beat all of you,

over a long weekend I managed to consume 30000 calories,

mostly junk food,

the main demons were:

2 cheese cakes 3000 calories each

a couple of burgers and fries:2000

a whole pizza

4 liters of ice cream,

fish cakes

flavored milk, cheese platter, sandwiches, and a lentil pie 

 but I was horse riding all weekend as well and I was starving after each day, 

Iam a big binge person.......for thanksfiving I had a huge binge for like 5 days, TG dinner, lot of deserts, donuts for breakfast, nuts, sandwiches, pizza, ice cream, coockies (around 10000 cal), I gain like 5 pounds of fat and water retention, when I came back from vacation I work out 5 days in a row (50 minutes cardio) and weights, a clean eating, today I lost all that weight and more.... uffffff

I tend to binge when iam traveling or out of my house for a couple of days... is so hard

hey guys! i thought i'd post because i am a binger also. with all of these posts i've noticed a trend. most of you guys and girls who binge are underweight which porbably means you are restricting yourselves from the food that you're body needs. when you restrict, binges are bound to happen and can mean that you're body needs the food you ahve deprived it of for so long. if you try to eat a little more on a regular basis, you can stop the binges or atleast prevent them from being as bad.

i was underweight and gained my weight back from binging practically every day. i am trying to stick to a regular diet and not focus on losing but maintaining and i find that allowing yourself to ahve what you want when you want it turns out to be a good thing. you won't gain weight it you don't binge. i know its hard but LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!!

oh my gosh don't get me started, when I was bulimic I'd binge like crazy on whatever I could get my hands on. It wasn't healthy because I'd just take whatever I could and say 'its alright I'll just get rid of it later' In the last stages I'd have:

A full 12'' meatball hero with extra cheese (1,200)

A pint of Ben and Jerry's Brownie Batter (1,240)

Two cinnamon Rolls with frosting (600)

A Flurry with recess peanut butter cups and caramel swirled in (960)

three chocolate chip cookies (360)

A piece of chocolate mouse cake (450)

King size Peanut Butter Cups (330) 

 

allll in one sitting.

Thats about 5,000 calories. 

Then I'd work on getting it out of me. It was sickening and stupid, By the end of the binge the food wouldn't even taste good or appetizing, I was just eating to eat. I mean come on, when your eating ben and jerry's brownie batter ice cream and you say to yourself 'wow this tastes bitter' you know you've gone too far. Ben and Jerry's is amazing!

Bulimia is horrible, my goal was to eat a whole birthday cake by myself. Blech.
