So we all have bad habits - and sometimes we cannot give them up - even if we are on diets! So what is your biggest food vice?!

crackers and cheese, CHEESE, CHEESE.  Found a way around this:  package of low cal or neufel cream cheese, softened; stir in heaping table spoon of minced garlic and dill leaf and cilantro, minced onion, minced jalopeno, seasoning salt:  indulge with reduced fat triscuits.  Yummy. Donnot even miss all the cheddar!

too much cheese

my 2 are pretzels and peanut butter. not together though (but i had them together once and it did taste good).

honestly, my pretzel "addiction" is worse than the peanut butter one. this is the one food that i will just pull out of the cabinet and start eating, no matter what, even if my dinner is gonna be done in 5 minutes. but i only really like broken pretzels, and i scrape off the salt because there's always waaaay too much on them. i like soft pretzels too. not necessarily terrible, but the sodium always leaves my lips stinging.

and as for pb, i bought the PB2, but I still buy some Naturally More, because i can't give it up. when i open a fresh jar, i pour out most of the oil on the surface and just mix what's left, leaving it chunky at the bottom. then i'll eat some chunks out with a fork (lol, weird).

also brownie mix/batter, whenever we make brownies i usually just eat some of the batter and don't even bother with the finished product, haha. ice cream as well, but we don't have much in the house often.

Cheese, Bread and PASTA... I love all those things and they go together so well...  I have over the past year learned to curb my sweet/chocolate addiction, but that CBP... Not so much... I would be at my goal weight if I could just get passed it! Laughing

lately peanut butter and cereal.

It's not something I'm proud of, but when I put down the peanut butter spoon, I sometimes resort to using my finger. With cereal I just keep pouring it and pouring it. I can't seem to get enough of it. There are worse things I could eat, but it's still not the best to make binging on them a habit.

I couldn't eat some PB right now...yummmmm

mines changes a lot...its weird

right now it is ice cream, ice cream sandwiches...ice cream bars...god i love ice cream

and one that's always around is bread (any kind) and rice! i can eat plain rice forever and ever and ever!

I'm a carb fiend.. Bagels and cream cheese (from my local bagel place)... Cheez-its... New York style cheese pizza... And bowtie pasta with bell peppers, garlic & parmesan cheese. Hmm maybe it's the cheese I'm into! Hehe.

Funny I always thought I had a huge sweet tooth.. But I get my sugar fix from coffee I guess. Anyway I'm managing well without those things. They're all huge portions as well which is another problem!

Not Really Unhealthy, But I Can't Live Without Cereal (Mainly Porridge! Yum!), Fruit, Raisins/Sultanas

In The Past I Always Used To Love Ice Cream, 80% Dark Chocolate And Options Hot Chocolate. But I Haven't Eaten Them In So Long Really That I Don't Get Cravings For Them Much Anymore. I Always End Up Feeling Way Too Guilty Afterwards So I Don't Bother To Eat Them :(

I would definitely have to say cheese. I used to put it on everything - salads, pasta, mac'n'cheese, pizza, cheese and crackers.

Sigh. I love cheese.

But my other vice that I craze once a month are salt and vinegar chips - love that salty/tangy combo. Add a piece of chocolate and I'm in heaven. But oh, the aftermath - lol.

It's not food but my biggest vice is alcohol and when I drink I eat more and not always the right things.

Also sandwiches.  I love the fattest, highest calorie fillings.

Really, anything fried, salty and/or spicy.

Jalapeno Krunchers (a bag in one sitting has been done too many times to count)

Fried Chicken

Wasabi Peas (can't stop eating them; I need a program like WPA)

Giant cookies from the vending machine warmed with soy milk

mine change but currently: no sugar added fudgsicles (i can eat like 4 a day..), pizzas made on pita pockets, buttered popcorn rice cakes, and watermelon :)

CEREAL!!!!!!!!!!!!  The current evil is Rice Krispies . . . . damn you Mr Kellogg!

anything salty and carby! potato chips, french fries..

BREAD Yell

anything made in a bakery (sweet or salty)

ice cream - chocolate, vanilla, berry, coated, by the pint: it doesn't matter!

G'day!

Lately, they have been:

* Yogurt coated apricot balls

* Peanut Butter

* Cashew Nuts

* Chocolate icing
