Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD question
Would you consider this dvd low impact or general aerobics? Or something completely different. The dvds are always so hard to determine when putting stuff into your activity log.

I have this one, I put it Aerobics General, even though Jillian really kicks your ass in this for only 10 min. I do all 3 levels and get a pretty good sweat and burn from it, I am seeing results slowly, the only thing is it's a dvd and it's a matter of how much you put into it, you can make it as intense or as low impact as you want... I try to up my reps even when they say to stop, I keep going until next move...it's pretty great :) good luck and hope you get great results...

- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
