Alle,
     I know it's late for weigh-in, but wanted to stop by and let everyone know that I have been on the shelf big time this week. I have been watching what I am eating, but when you have knee surgery your down for a few days. I was on crutches for two and a half days. I am now walking ok without anything. I may try to go to the gym next week for some light bike riding and weight lifting. Don't worry I am not going back in and going at it as hard as I normally do. That comes in Dec. gotta get that big push to the finish right! I did not make it to the gym this week so I do not know my current weight. Like I said I just wanted to check in and let everyone know how I was doing after the surgery on Monday.

     For those that did not know I had my knee scoped on Monday of this week. Doc came out and told my wife that he did not find anything major but did find some early arthritis. So he did grind that off and then put me back together. I got to take the bandage off this morning and saw it for the first time. It is not as bad as I thought it was going to be. We will see if it holds up over the next couple of weeks.
