Down half a pound already, and had a great strength training workout today. Go Downsizers!
Hey guys!  So I'm thinking that we should possibly have team leaders?  So if there's anyone who wants to step up from The Downsizers and The Half-n-Halfs and fill that role, that'd be great!

I'm thinking team leaders could

1) create a motivational "team thread" for their chosen team, and take care of it, update it and handle it accordingly. 

2) be a rah rah cheerleader, because we're going to need a lot of cheerleading.

3) take an active part in the success of the team and the overall challenge.

Is anyone interested in being a team leader for their respective team?  If more than one person is interested per team, I'll just put names into a hat and randomly choose someone for the position for both teams! :)

I would like to participate.  i started at 238 and am now 231.  My goal is 131.1 and I have 99.9 to go!  I really feel like I can do it now the "team" thing would give me the motivation I need to get through!

I would like to join a team. I am currently in need of some support. I am 5'8 and weigh 194lbs. I have been fat all my life. I am 30 yrs. old. My goal is to loose 35 lbs, that would put me at 160lbs. Please all I need your help and support. Thanks!

Good going, wants2lose!  All you need to do is create a thread for your team!  Your teammates can weigh in in your thread, and each week you tally up the team weigh-in.  Also, if you could keep track of how much walking your team does this week,  that'd be great!
