1/2 c water, warm
3 tbls tahini
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbls garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
2 tbls cilantro, chopped fresh

  1. place the chickpeas, water, lime juice, tahini, cumin, and garlic in a food processor.

  2. proccess for about 4 minutes, or until very smooth.

  3. add an extra tablespoon or two of water if necessary.

  4. transfer into a bowl and stir in cilantro

  5. chill and serve
