1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
6 large Egg, White
1 cup Cottage Cheese
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Biggest Loser Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Heat a griddle or large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. For each pancake pour 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle.

  4. Flip when they start to bubble.

  5. Cook until golden brown.

  6. Repeat with remaining batches, spraying the griddle as needed.

  7. Makes about 10 pancakes.
