thesilverstar has again won the greatest percent weight loss for the red team, as well as coming in second overall!  There seems to be a trend beginning here.

First, I want to thank everyone on this team for signing up -- and to strengthen our resolve, I think we should have some inter-group competition ...

To deliciously sweeten our (imminent) success at Biggest Loser, Part 8, I propose the following: (For Red Team Members only)

  • Each Week, the Red Team Member with the Most Weight Loss* (InterGroup) -- will be awarded a $25 vitamuffin gift certificate

At the end of each week, I will check on the main site, and announce our Red Team Winner!  Punch, unfortunately, will not be served, but I invite everyone to congratulate our winner with gusto!  Afterward, I will send the gift card to the email address associated with that person.

I am so sorry to have missed the weigh in.  dammit.  I thought I would be home by 10pm, but I dragged myself through the door at 4am.

who's the biggest loser of the week?

Well, I would like to say I am proud of my accompishment.  This week was not as successful as the last, but I definatley want to keep it up.  I didn't loose but didn't gain so I didn't hurt the team :D.  It was just one of those weeks.

Sorry for the late reply as well, I didn't realize I was one of the biggest losers until this morning when I posted my weigh-in for this week.  I sure feel special. :] Read team, we're ahead and I hope we stay ahead! We're a great team, and together we can make it happen

It's Monday, so it's a start of a new week..a new week to be motivated.

I'm a bit nervous for today becuase I'm hosting an International Food and Beverage Event, and I'll be tempted by all the goodies. :P There's going to be things from swedish gingersnaps to kenyan coffee.  And lots of Irish shortbread. 

hey guys i am back i have been very sick. which might have made me gain weight somehow..... i will weigh in this week

ok.  this is really bad.  I keep missing weigh ins.  why?!  I weighed myself yesterday,  143, for which I was so happy.  uh!  don't let me forget, girls.  next thursday!  WEIGH -IN!

I always weigh-in on Mondays and post that for all my groups because it's the beggning of a new week and I just want to see where I am to know what to do for the rest of the week.  Why don't you just weigh in earlier?

That is amazing, especially since I stayed the same weight!! Well, I don't think I'll be the biggest loser this week because I gained a lb from being a bit too cocky! And Halloween is coming up, so watch your thighs everyone! hehe.

hello ladies and gentleman.  congratulations to thesilverstar (again!) the big winner!  blue team has pulled ahead, in a big way, earning greatest percentage lost in the last week as well as overall.  I hope we can do our best to reverse this upset!

Well, all I didn't do well last week and neglected to post my weight (didn't do it on purpose!).  I was kinda in a candy coma from Halloween weekend, and sometimes the weekends get the best of me so on Sunday night I get all bloaty and stuff.  But this weekend, I did well and stuck to my intake for once (I don't work out on the weekends) and what I had gained was gone! I'm pretty happy for that. 

So, even though it seems like you gained a lot of weight, don't give up it's usually only temporary (when it happens suddenly). Happy rest of the week all~
