Biggest Loser show How???
OK I just started watching the Biggest Loser show. It's been on in reruns all day today. How do they lose 10 or more pounds a week? What do they eat? I know they exercise a lot. Can we get those resuslts at home?

I think they exercise 4 hours a day. That is a LOT! It seems almost like a full time job. Combine that with the low-cal diet, and they drop weight fast. Plus each week they are doing physical challenges, etc. So all said and done, by the end of the week they have a big calorie deficit. They are burning much more than they are consuming.
Totally unhealthy. I hate that show.
