Biggest Loser - Wheaton IL

Go Estella and Jerry!  I was so thrilled to hear this morning that Estella and Jerry are from Wheaton.  Let's support them!  If they can do it we can too!  Woohoo!!

And poor Jerry!!!  That must've been so scary to be in their shoes during that ordeal.

You know, Bernie from the 5th season is from the area too.  He participated in the Chicago Marathon back in October. 

It's great to see some local connection to the show.

I actually met Bernie at the March of Dimes - March for Babies walk/run last spring. Really nice guy. Wish I had an opportunity to talk to him more but he had tons of people wanting to say hi and congrats. He deserves it.

I wonder how he's doing? I saw him in the audience of the last season finale, but haven't seen much Chicago press on him lately. It would be great to chat with him about his experience and how he's taking care of himself now that he is off the ranch. 

Punkrockriot...o, I totally agree!  That would be cool to talk with him about his journey off the ranch, etc. 

I'll have to keep my eyes open for him when I start the K season up again.  That'd totally be cool to "run" into him.
