i wasnt sure where to put this post but it is related to fitness so here it is. I went for my frist bike ride of the summer today and it was awesome, it didnt feel as hard as it did last summer and my butt wasnt as sore from my seat, I even made it up this steep hill that i used to have stop and walk up or stop at the top if i was lucky enough to make it but today i did it and it was pretty easy. i rode for a pretty good amount of time and i enjoyed it the 13 lbs i have lost so far must have made a bit of difference. anyway i was just excited and wanted to tell people.

anyone else surprised by the difference their loss has made?

Congrats! :D It is also way easier for me to pedal uphill than it was exactly a year ago when I was ~20lbs heavier. It`s these little things that make weight loss worth it, so enjoy your health upgrade to the max!

this past week was my first week & i lost 5.5 pounds! :) my exercise has been bike riding. i got a new bike memorial day weekend & i've only been riding it 1 mile a day- but i'm definitely going to work my way up. Just starting out slow. Anyway, i like it a lot, i didn't think i could get my big self ON a bike, hahaha, but it's made a big difference & it's FUN! :)

stick with it its fun and a great calorie burner! why not do it hahaha
