Who else loves to go bike riding? Its how I have lost so much weight!

Count me in too.  In fact, going to go pick up my new road bike tomorrow - yoohoo!!!

That's how I've lost 30+ pounds so far.  I really do enjoy it, too.  Except nights like last night where I had a wicked head wind.

Kool. What bike did you get? I go myself a new frame and groupset also, and will start putting the bike together soon. :)

Love my Gary Fisher mountain bike so much that I thought I'd stick with it and got a Trek 2.1.  It looks like a good starter road bike so I'll be able to keep up with my bike group.  I've been working for the past 2 days and it is driving me crazy because "she" is sitting in my office wanting to be riden.  Come on Friday!!!!!
