bikram, boxing, running, too many to do, so little time!

I started doing Bikram yoga a month ago to change up my workout. I was stoked to do something new. Now a month has passed and the last week Ive been thinking about renewing my membership for another month or to move on a find something new like boxing. Bikram was good fun and all. I started for destressing, stretching and toning, but I haven't really seen any difference.

 

What do you all propose? one more month of yoga? switch to something else? Maybe yoga is not for me? I have no clue.

What are your goals?  Losing weight, getting stronger, increased flexibility? 

I enjoy weight lifting, playing on my Wii, and I'm starting to enjoy swimming (or at lest playing in the pool) again. 

 

I'm just trying to find something I enjoy. So far I like both a lot. Just a money issue. Of course it doesn't hurt to tone up ;) 

How often were you going to Bikram?  When I started I was going 4x a week and saw results in a month...my muscles looked more defined.

What kind of difference are you looking to see?

Same as you. I was doing it 4x a week as well. and it would be great to look more lean and defined. and stress relieved.
