Binge eating nightmare!

Lately I cannot stop eating anything in sight! I have always kinda been like this but recently have taken it to new levels! How can i stop this? At the moment i never feel full no matter how much i shovell down my throat! Does anyone have any tips?

Also the problem is because i live at home with family, there is always food around! Although it is not always terribley unhealthy foods, its still calories/fats/carbohydrates etc! Really need help?!!

your not the only one and i really am in no place to give advices but you should let your family know what's going on.  what is your definition of binge eating because you know there's a fine line between overeating like indulging versus binging.

I've always been living like that, until I went on a diet and stopped... now I'm kinda back on that stage. Good for you, though, if they aren't unhealthy. I usually look for the worst stuff to binge on when I'm bored, like a freaking larabar or something.

 

Do this: eat something— stop, wait! Eat it slowly. Consider a few things about what you're chewing or swishing liberally in your mouth. Do you like the taste of it? Is it worth going for seconds for? Should you have more just because you're not full?

Taking things into account about the enjoyability factor of the food when eating makes it a whole lot easier to control cravings. Bonus if you hate thinking, because then you'll have to stop eating to stop all the considering, and stop all the overreating altogether! Just make sure this doesn't lead to any undereating.
