Reason: Moved from WL to Foods forum
I don't really binge anymore, but back when I did, nuts were a big one for me.  Open a bag of pistachios or peanuts, and I couldn't stop till it was gone.  One time I ate almost an entire bag of peanut brittle by myself.  It wasn't even that I couldn't control it, really... just that I wasn't paying attention, and nuts are one of those foods that once you start, it's easy to keep on going.
Icecream, granola, chocolate, pizza, granola bars (sweet ones), nuts (esp candied nuts)

definitely nuts and cereal. it's so addictive

Jack in the Box Oreo Cookie Shakes. I used to have those much more often until I looked up the calorie content and saw a small is 910 calories. Now it is the rare treat, but they are SO good! Same with their Sourdough Jack and season curly fries.
CEREAL!!!! Its good to know I'm not alone!
Cereal -- no question.  Crackers are a close second.
Dessert buffets/potlucks. I usually decide to just try a couple little pieces of the few best-looking things on the table. But they're so good I go back for seconds, and I try something new. Then I go back for thirds/seconds, and try something else new... and the trend continues. Fortunately I'm only around such buffets once every 2-3 months or I'd be in trouble...
everything for me - love to eat, but the absolute winners are

nutella, crusty bread with smoked mozarella, pastries, burger and onion rings
peanutbutter with honey OMG, any kind of trail mix or honey cashews, Golden Grahams cereal, raisinettes or yogurt raisins, and puppy chow...if you don't know what that is don't try it b/c its SO addicting!

anytime i allow myself peanut butter, it leads to more and more

the second thing i always go for is CEREALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!

ahahaha oh god.

uggggg

pizza

tootsie rolls

animal crakers

cookies

candy-of almost any kind

I know, I'm horrible! Cry

I havn't binged in 8 days though, my goal is to make it until my friends birthday on November 9th!! Smile

bread, bagels, ice cream...

ANYTHING chocolate.
it's wierd...i mean im always cooking and baking things and sending them with my mom to work. in the past month ive made (Dessert) things like caramel raisin bread pudding, NY Cheesecake, Strawberry Cheesecake, Cinnamon Sugar Squares, and peanut butter fudge cookies. but I never have any incline to eat any of it. i never tasted any of those things.

but, i can go through 5+ nutrition bars in one night.
main offenders: Pria Nutrition French Vanilla Crisp, Kashi Go Lean (crunchy or Roll! bars. all flavors), Fiber1 Bars,  or Nature's Path Optimum energy bars.

wierd, right? i'm getting a lot better with 'em tho, there were only 2 nights where i went a little out of hand. ive gotten a lot of self control back.
double post
donuts. i cannot resist their yumminess.

not weird at all...i tend to binge on nutrition bars as well.  i buy them one at a time now instead of in a box.  bread is my other weakness.

honey maid sticks and peanut butter!!
I just can't win!!

I'm on my free week!!!! Yuppy. Deffinition of free week: happens every once in a while when i loose some weight i allow myself to binge for one week! believe me by day 4 i'm like: what else is there that i am allowed to eat?!? ti's day 4 today, i've been doing okay i only have 6000 cal during those days, i was expecting more like 8000-9000, but i swear i'm too full to eat :P (i can't believe i'm saying this)

Any way: favourit binges: 1. undecided between chips cereal ice cream and hard sweet mini pretzels. i guess the all desirve no 1, without trying to make a top (depends most on mood):

cereal anytime everytime (favourite: muesli chunch with dried fruit and nestle fitness with dried fruit)

ice cream : mars or top gun(which is a kind of big chocolate cornetto with chocolate syrup yummy)

chips cheese flavoured or onion and sourcream

anyking of food obtained by backing :) :

salted: pretzels (i prefer the hard round mini ones vanilla flavoured), sticks (any would do), Ham flavoured Snaps (2-gram pieces of pretzel like dough ham and honey flavoured), Backed Bread slices (the call them Maretti - they're baked slices of buns with different flavours)

sweet: biscuits cookies and anything like that: the have to be really sweet, i prefer the simple ones (w/o filling) with high percentge of fibre and mabe chocolate chips, you know the ones that are really small but weight a lot and have at least 420-430 cal/100g :)

and SUNFLOWER SEEDS!!!

I'm jealous you guys are able to distinguish binge from non-binge foods!

For me it's pretty much anything you're supposed to have "in moderation" that I can't seem to control myself around.  It's not even that I especially want it.  But because I know it's there I have to eat it.  I've even tried on numerous ocassions to have those 100 calorie packaged snacks in my house but when you have like 3 of them over the course of an hour, what's the point???

This site has really helped to keep me on the straight and narrow because I mentally replace the food I'm craving with the calorie deficit I would consume.  At work this helps immensly in curbing the mindless snacking because I have to "withdraw" the calories before I eat to keep me honest with what I'm doing.  Just today, this technique saved me from consuming a 400 calorie cookie from Panera Bread (picked up food for a meeting as a favor to my boss).  Instead, I allowed myself 1/2.... still tasted pretty yummy!!

I think it's easier to cheat at home because I don't have a computer staring back at me.

donuts, cookies, cake, pastry... any sort of sweet baked goods. Especially creamy things. Like cream puffs. OMG can I eat some cream puffs.

I have, on occasion, devoured one of those entire entenmann's (sp?) pastries - the long danish things you are supposed to cut up and serve 12 people with - all by myself in one sitting. Same goes for a box of donuts.

When I was a teenager and I could eat anything and not gain an ounce, I had cake and ice cream for breakfast every day for a week after we had birthday parties. This did not preclude me from also having cake and ice cream for lunch, snack and dessert as well.

I would still eat like that if I could! Every day! I would live on warm Soft Batch cookies. Seriously.
