Especially sugar coated types, with nuts ie. cruncy nut cornflakes, or SUGAR puffs etc..
Bananas or tuna always curb my cravings. Must be the protein.
I also had this binge.. one of the very few (three to be precise), where I only wanted dairy. I wanted milk, cheese, rice pudding, youghurt and icecream. Then I puked. Fun.

i love honey bunches of oats, granola, cinnamon toast crunch, and honey nut cheerios!

Diet jello and sometimes dry corn cruskits (crispbread).... Very stupid. I always end up with a shreaded mouth from those darn crackers... the jello is safer and not so carb-ish.
Nutella (eeeeevil!), chips/pretzels, bread and cereal!
Well I just cannot stop eating Spaghetti Squash when it's near by... and don't leave me in the same room with Nori Sheets!! ha ha ha!
Fluffy, sweet pastries ... cinnamon buns, pecan sticky buns, scones, biscuits, croissants, kugelghopf etc.

Thank God they're only available at certain times of the year.
