i soooooo need to change my binging habbit too special at night time...
why, sure. i'd love to join. i binged since november and i coldn't stop. it was so bad...terrible. i'm trying to control it now cos' i've gained 30 lbs in the process. makes me feel like garbage.
I'm in on your binge free challenge! I've been binge free since I believe last Thursday! I reeeeefuse to binge anymore! (I believe the cause of my binges are simply starving myself after a binge... leading to another... SICK CYCLE CAROUSEL!)

We can beat the binge fo sho!

:)
Please count me in!!!!! esp since i binged yesterday
Yes, I would like to join the binge free challenge. I would like to challenge myself to no binging for the month of March.
Me too! I would like to join the binge free challenge.  I am an emotional binger...if I've had a bad encounter with someone that was
disappointing to me..I start to eat. I remember saying to myself that this feels better than the pain of disappointment in the people in my life.  Stress really brings it on too. I can also binge when I'm excited or happy and want ot celebrate.  Either way..the gym really helps me to keep it more in control and less stressed that leads to unhealthy binging.  I need to get back to exercising!! best..natcat
me too please... been healthy and on my calories since terrible binge last weekend. even managed to stop myself from over exercising and starving myself thanks to help from this web site.

But its the weekend soon and thats when i tend to let myself down.

me too

i need help

wanna lose 10 pounds before april
count me in foysause.

i've lost a bunch of weight very very slooowwly over the past year and a bit, but i still have about 15 more pounds to lose.  i am still working on figuring out how to have a healthy relationship with food and keep binging under control.  My goal is for binging to be a non-issue for me in the future.  The though of binging will not even cross my mind.  I know getting to that point will take a lot of time and effort on my part.

I joined CC a couple of weeks ago and started posting and sharing with people and i feel like it helps me keep my binging under control.  It's a great place to come and vent and realize that no one is really alone with their struggles.

We can do this.

Julie
Count me in too.

I was binge-free for a little more than a week and then last night I had a lapse. I felt like crap waking up this morning. I'm fighting the urge to overexercise or starve myself today, which is how I usually respond to a binge and which, of course, leads to more binging.

It's a vicious cycle.  I really need to stop doing this to my body and I can use all the support I can get!

Count me in too. I'm trying so hard to stop the binging cycle. So far it's been 2 days of binge-free nights. Hurray! Hopefully it will last longer than a week! Good luck to everyone embarking in this long and difficult "detox".
I went to all you can eat last night and feel horrible.   Thats why I logged on this morning.  I have been cutting calories to 1200-1400 for the last week and burning and extra 300-700 a day with no results...I know that is why a did that last night.  STUPID I know.
HELP ME GUYS!!! I have been eating peanut butter daily and can't stop..its ruining my diet plan...and I am PMSing yikes!!!!
I'm definitely in. This is my biggest problem...mostly because I hate food until I'm starved and I feel like my stomach is eating itself...then I eat anything I can get my hands on.

I don't know if this helps, but I started a journal to get me eating real meals instead of binging. I made a regular food journal and then at the bottom of the page for each day, I put four boxes. For each meal I eat an actual meal I put a sticker or draw a star in each box and the forth box is for walking, because I never walk enough. I'm hoping it will help me change my habits and lose weight in the process. I hope it helps someone else too.
Stella, I'm with you.

Peanut butter is my trigger food. I can't just have one slice of toast with peanut butter and stop. I always end up eating 4 to 6 slices. And then still wanting more.

I think I need to give it up totally. Just get it out of the house completely. It is always the beginning of my binges.
i'm so in!
I am proud to report that I resisted binging last night.

This is my first time here...found the board through google and it's so great to see a support net like this.  I also am a bad nighttime binger.  it's getting out of control.  i like the idea of us getting together trying to go through March w.o binging.  Good luck everyone!
I've gotten better w/ the binges lately (1-2 nights a week instead of 4-5).

What I find helpful is simply not keeping trigger foods around (peanut butter, cereal).  If I do keep it around, and I start eating it nonstop, I throw it out.  The $5 i just lost doing that will hopefully eventually teach me a lesson (plus, my health is worth at least that much to me!)
i want in!! but first, can we define binge? i know i have unhealthy rampages where ill put food in my mouth despite the fact that i dont want it- i guess that sounds like binging to me!!
