Binge!! HELP!!

Help!! I've managed to stay in line for about 11 months now...but lateyl i've been binging like i've never had, and it's really depressing watching the meter go up!! What can i do, please help!

okay first of all, have you been restricting lately? maybe you are just restricting your body too much that those cravings take over. What exactly have you been eating? theres no good food to binge on. but at least maybe you can get the satisfaction that you got your daily nutrients and vitamins. I would just throw any trigger foods away or lock myself in room and keep busy. wait, that sounds weird haha. i mean like internet, homework, tv.

One possibility...are you suddenly having too much time on your hands? I know that happens to me. I kind of get bored and pop a snack, then another and so on. However, when I start doing a project or a hobby my mind gets preoccupied with other things so popping snacks does not even cross my mind. I hope this helps a little. Good Luck!

Ive had a binging problem for the past 8 months and im finally starting to get it under control. The main thing that has been helping me is being completely conscience of what i am eating at all times. It happens way to often when people eat something without knowing it (you know what i mean?). Also make sure to keep your water intake up. Make sure that when you eat you have a nice glass of water to accompony what you eat. It also helps as said above, to be active, this can mean anything from hanging around outside, work, talking to friends. Eating out of boredem packs on the weight like none other
