Binge like no other
...ok...so i've been so stressed recently and today **** in stresssssssssss soooooo much! foolishly my friend convinced to go food shopping and i took my boke for a 20 mins cycle to shops n back. Anyway i wanted something yummy. in fact i actually wanted 1 cookie...a large one. but there was none to be seen
instead i ended up getting my stuff.
then on cycle back i stopped as newsagent and bought a packet of 300 g of hob knobs and a 140 g bar of dairy milk...needless to say i have managed to demolish it all and now feel sick
the sad thing is i didnt even enjoy it.
On the plus side that was my first binge in 2 months...i've come a long way. And now i remember how awful it feels, and that i need to start working out again to combat stress.
yes i realise that i have just ate 2,000 cals of crap...BUT...im going to use this blip as inspiration to get back on track!
ahhh just wanted to add i didnt swear...apparantly calory count doesnt like the word ****!
Ive been emotional eating sooo much lately!! and i usually dont even enjoy it either! It's soo horrible!
Oh my gosh, I really hate it too ='[ I'm in a lot of stress right now too, and have been for awhile. I gained back two thirds of my weight that I lost last summer. My mom got diagnosed w/ breast cancer, my parent's 3rd separation, my father living out of his car doing insane hours at work just to keep us afloat. That and SO much more really tore my motivation apart!

one binge in 2 monthes is good! I binge on a daily basis. I can't wait until I am able to go 2 months without. Emotional eating is a hard habbit to quit. It's great that you are using your "mistake" as motivation and not a reason to give up.

ugggh I just had a "mini" binge. Atleast it didnt get too out of control.... but it can still add up!
Hey, I can I join too LOL?! I just went to see the new Star Trek movie (it was okay, but most of it was battles and blowing things up). I can't resist popcorn when everyone around me is eating it. I got a medium sized bag with butter. It was so bad, I only had a small handful of it. So, I went out to get a bag of twizzlers and ate about 10 pieces. Mmmmm. Also went out beforehand and had some tempura shrimp and veggies, both of which were kinda greasy plus some lettuce wraps. Oink..... Well, tomorrow's another day ![]()
