I know EVERYBODY has one of those days, the ones where you want to stay in bed ALL DAY becuase you messed up so badly. Let's share them and how we felt afterwards so we can be sure never ever to binge that badly again.

this is last night's binge :(

an entire pack of caramel tim tams (yes all 14 or so of them)
1 ham and cheese bun
a raspberry milkshake
3 slices toast with peanut butter
cheese crackers (half a family pack)
1 large plate chicken chow mein
1 plate of fried rice
1 large bag of sour gummy worms
spoonful after spoonful of nutella
6 milk cookies
and last, but definately not least: 18 oreos with a tall glass of full cream milk

Also on my birthday last year:

3 slices chocolate mud cake
5 pieces KFC original recipe chicken
1 large tub mashed potato and gravy
1 large serve of fries
medium cookies and cream shake
1 large bag salt and vinegar flav. chips
4 scoops of ice cream with fudge topping
loads of popcorn
hamburger with the lot
heaps of mt. dew
shared family pack of choc chip biscuits with my best friend

just thinking about it makes me sick

We had our church bazaar last weekend and I worked in the raffle ticket booth, right next to the kettle corn booth, after 2 hours I couldn't stand it anymore.  I got a bag of kettle corn, fresh and still hot and ate nearly the whole thing - it was a gallon ziplock bag!
For breakfast one day on my vacation last week...

3/4 of a pineapple bundt cake

2 HUGE bowl of fruit loops

2 cake donuts

I kept telling myself, "I'm on vacation, so what?"

However, this week I'm paying the price.  Gained 4 lbs. in one week which will take WEEKS to get back off.
I was on vacation last week for 5 days. over that perriod of time I ate

-fried pickels

- 3 ribs

- 1/2 a bbq-ed chicken

- a hot sandwich with everything bad you could think of on it

- 2 hot dogs

- breakfast sandwich with bacon,egg and cheese

- steak, baked potato, fries

- 6 multi grain pancakes

- chicken philly cheese sandwich, sweet potato fries

-movie theater popcorn with lots of butter, sour patch kids

and more I am forgetting im sure

came back 4 pounds heavier as of this morning. I am hoping some of it was water weight due all the salt....we shall see!
wow and i always thought i was the only one that could pack it away. I always felt horrible and was like "how is it that i can eat this much food. Binges shouldnt be so much!"

good to see im not alone here :P

mine always consist of 4 slices of bread or so, crackers with cream cheese....lots and lots of CARBS always
my binge tonigh was for dinner... and it was so goood!

8 pieces(!!!) chicken fingers w/ sweet and sour sauce
4 pieces bonless spare ribs
White rice with soy sauce
a big salad, and some kiwi with honeydew
chocolate pudding
cream puff cake stuff-2 pieces
1 scoop chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles
1 scoop vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles
1 strawberry banana smoothie

This was all in one sitting at a buffet!  AND... I still haven't hit my max calories for today!!! WTF!
This was about 4 months ago when I was studying for exams - I ate a 10lb bag of jelly belly jelly beans. In one day. At 100 calories per ounce, that is a fantastic 16000 calories, plus the other food I ate that day. YAY ME! ^.^
Ugh, :( I was on vacation last week.  And tried to watch what I ate every day.  But, for lunch everyday everyone always want to eat out at restaurants.  I was on vacation.. Might as well enjoy.  You can bet I Was on an eliptical trainer burning 500 calories every night.   Untill one morning I stubed my toe on it so bad that I bruised the bone/joint.  Now it hurts so bad and I can't even run now that I'm home.  Bleh.  Atleast I didn't gain.. But I didn't loose.  Not to bad for restaurant food eh?
I just talked about this in another thread! I was on vacation last week and didn't want the stress (and time-consumption) of counting calories while trying to trail after my fiance and his concert and cram most of a huge paper and a final into a few short days.

We went to the Crossroads Guitar Festival in Chicago and were at Toyota Park from 9a to after 11p. I don't really want to admit what I ate that day, but I will. It's burned into my memory forever:

Breakfast: Coffee with cream and sugar and five chocolate doughnut holes from Dunkin' Donuts

Rest of the day:
3 - 22 oz. Budweisers
1 - 16 oz. Budweiser
1 - hot dog w/ mustard and ketchup
1 - big pulled pork sandwich
1 - blackened catfish sandwich (on french loaf)

Ugggh. My stomach hurts just thinking about it. Can you tell I was glad my final was over?!

We won't talk about the rest of my vacation. >.> St. Louis has a lot of awesome places to eat....

I only gained a pound! Unfortunately, we didn't do a whole lot of consistent exercising, so I probably lost some muscle. :(
maybe not a huge binge, but these are the items from the only day [according to my logs on CC] that I went over 2000 calories:

breakfast: egg whites, bread, beans.
snack #1: celery w/ peanut butter and raisins.
lunch: turkey/apple/cheese sandwich.
random snacks: celery, raisins, a LOT of Goldfish, a Rice Krispies treat, and some Quaker apple cinnamon oatmeal.
dinner: a charbroiled chicken salad from Carl's Jr, some onion rings, a large coke, and a Johnny Rockets milkshake.

actually doesn't seem like a lot of food.. but it added up to over 2000 calories. I think it was the milkshake that did it for me.

Yeah - I used to binge a couple of times a week- I seriously had a problem. It's comforting to know that other people struggle with bingeing too. I would run straight for the doughy, sugary, starchy stuff- doughnuts, cookies, cake, waffles, cereal, rice crispy treats, salty chips, pop, and lots and lots of chocolate ice cream, and eat until i couldn't breathe. but i'm taking it one day at a time now, and so far it's been 15 days since my last binge.
