since i have been binging pretty much every day for a couple of months, im ready to stop and May is my month!! im not interested in loosing weight, but just having control over what i eat. Who else is with me?? i will try my hardest not to binge this month so i will be ready for summer!

Binging is my biggest diet road block because as soon as I do, its like I forget about all my progress. I have to fit into a bridesmaid dress in mid-June so I am SO on-board for a binge-less May. :)

Definitely!  It's my 21st birthday in June, and I want to feel great!  Just gotta get through the stress of finals without overdoing it!
I'll totally give this a go too.

My 21st is coming up in June as well (yay June babies lol), and I'm hoping to at least look a little bit better by then.

I'm so up for this.  Bingeing honestly ruining my life.  As of today, I'm going cold turkey... no-bingeing :]

I have star stickers I place on my calendar for my binge free days. I'm missing quite a few days in April, but let's make May full of stars!

haha I love the star sticker idea!! One day down. Out of curiosity, what does everyone else classify as a binge?
Stormchik, plan your meals, a week in advance, and only buy what you need for those meals and snacks. I follow a 1500 calorie diet plan, and it works great, I look at the list and it shows what I need to eat next, and that's what I eat. I tend to binge without a plan, so it really helps keep me on track.

Agreed! For me it will be overeating. :3

No overeating for me in May!! No binge eating in may, I'm all for it.

it would be hard for me to plan my meals because i am 15 lol and i eat whatever my mom makes, which is usually healthy. But im just trying to not overeat. i dont stress out if i eat a piece of pizza  or a cookie its just that eating these things will lead to a binge and im tryin  to learn how to control this. Like today i went out for pizza with my famiy, and when i got home i didnt eat anything else because i was full and it felt great. I usually binge after i eat anything "bad" and today i didnt!! I feel like i finally have control over what i eat and it has only been two days lol

i;m in :D I need to learn how to eat normally

I'm a little late in this one, but I commit to NO BINGES for the rest of May.
