a one day binge might not show.
That makes sense considering it takes 3500 calories to equal an extra lb and that little bit of extra weight you saw before could have possibly been water retention. Some chocolate here and there will not do to much damage.
good, you didn't gain (claps).
It may take 2 weeks to show up.
sometimes a little binge is good :D especially if you are eating too few calories daily
Haha, yeah :) isn't that great lol! If only it worked that way ALL the time.
A lot of chocolate once in a while is okay....
but I'm sure itd start showing if it were a lot of chocolate everyday... or several times a day!
I guess that's why they say its okay to treat yourself every now and than :)

That has happened to me several times. I will eat way to much one day, and assume I will have gained weight, and the next day I will have lost a pound. This always happens when I do really good on my diet for a week or two weeks with zero results on the scale. SO.....I have figured that my body goes into starvation mode, and as soon as I put some real sustenance into my body it says "OK, I'm being fed, go ahead and burn off those calories I have been saving cuz I was starving!" Of course, If I do really bad for several days, it does show up on the scale. My in laws came in from CO and stayed the weekend with us last weekend, my diet pretty much went out the window, and when they left and I weighed myself Monday I had gained 2 pounds! It wasn't until this morning that I was back down to were I was before they came over!
