And I'm eating an icecream sundae right now, while drinking a rum and dietcoke. Not exactly healthy.

It depends on what your 'normal diet' is. If you're eating at maitenence calories... no, you wont lose weight. You need to have a weekly deficiet of about 3500calories to lose a pound a week.

Add in both cardio and strength training to maximize fatloss and to minimize your muscle loss as you lose weight.

Are oat digestive biscuits healthy? Well they are better than some foods.

um i feel like i had a binge today. i ate mcdonald's breakfast. a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, a hashbrown and some dr pepper. i feel okay. just tryin to figure out why i ate that instead of my usual oatmeal. i think i was anxious today. is that a binge? Frown

@Ayden: Did you eat your McDonalds mindlessly? Did each bite make you think 'Why am I eating this?' all the while reaching for more; having yet another bite? Did you eat until you felt like you couldn't have another bite, that your stomach would burst from all the food, and keep going?

Personally, I would say you had an indulgence, and it doesn't sound like it was a very satisfying one if you have to ask why you ate that and not your oatmeal... There isn't anything wrong with eating out at fast food places every now and again.

hmm no sulfyr it was more like i'm rushing! i'm hungry! what's convenient..but i felt bad cuz i went to a fast food place..maybe that's a better word for it..an indulgence. thanks

this was my breakfast:

12 chocolate wafer sticks
5 oat biscuits
3 soft bake cookies(double chocolate)
2 steam cakes!

and you consider yours a binge!!
