what are your top 10 trigger-foods? (don't have to be in any specific order)

  1. nut butters (especially peanut butter).
  2. nuts.
  3. cheese (especially melted).
  4. ice cream.
  5. cereal.
  6. crackers.
  7. white bread.
  8. chocolate bars/candy.
  9. protein bars (luna, clif, etc).
  10. tortilla chips/corn chips.

Basically anything bad really, Im the worst for late night eating :(

For me it's all about the carbs, especially if you add some cheese on top.  It's getting me hungry just thinking about it!   A lot of these food I only binge on after drinking - but then again, I go out drinking fairly often...

Ah, looking back to my former emotional eating days...

1. Peanut Butter.

2. Chocolate Spread.

3. Pistachio Nuts.

4. Jars of Olives (OH THE SALT CONTENT)

5. Pickles.

6. Crisps of any type.

7. Bags of really, really rubbishy sweets. The kinds full of E numbers. \:

8. MILKSHAKE.

9. Cereal.

10. Biscuits.


Dx Glad I overcame the overeating, not glad of what it turned into.

And any combination of the above, triggers a terrible eatng day.. I can't seem to help it, but I need to learn!

As long as I stay

1. Cereal
2. Smart Balance Butter with flax
3. Dougnnuts/ Munchkins
4.Tempura
5. Whipped Cream
5. Any type of cake

Can't think of anymore, but basically anything fattening i love.

1. all nut butters -  any and every kind, or all at once, it's insane!
2. almonds
3. oatmeal
4. cereal
5. ice cream
6. anything with honey poured on
7. any baked good, cookies, cakes, muffins...
8. carrots - I start bingeing on vegetables when i'm avoiding the other foods

usually it's a combination of all of them made into one giant bowl of oatmeal after another....then I go for the jars of pb :X

I had to really think about this, because I'll generally just binge on whatever I have in the house, but these are the ones I have the most frequent problems with.  The all time hardest being ice cream.

1.)  ICE CREAM

2.)  Cookies

3.)  Cereal

4.)  Granola Bars (particularly the ones that are bad for you... the Kashi bars generally don't trigger)

5.)  Chips

6.)  Guacamole

7.)  English muffins with butter

8.)  Pie

9.)  Dried Cherries

10.)  Spinach Dip

Needless to say, I generally don't keep these things in the house... but look out if I have them, there's gonna' be trouble!

Oh man, I've eaten some WEIRD stuff.  I can't think of them on the top of my head.... that whole mindless eating thing.  Since I try to de-junkify my house, sometimes you have to be creative!!

I remember only having a tiny bit of cereal left and a bag of chips so what did I do? Yah, chips mixed with milk, to make a "mock" cereal. Lets just say that was interesting haha

Oh gosh.

1. Cereal. (ANY kind, ESPECIALLY Puffins)

2. Bread. Toasted. Grilled. Any kind of bread.

3. Peanut Butter. With ANYTHING. (when i binge, i'll put it on everthing!)

4.  Almond Breeze Chocolate with hot cocoa

5. Chocolate anything. Cover a lemon in chocolate, and I'd eat it.

6. Egg whites. (even though it's good for you)

7. Donuts, brownies, cake, cookies, any dessert.

8. Rice. yummy rice, mixed with veggies!

9. Whipped cream.

10. Bread. Again.

I try to keep a lot of these things out of the house, but some I need to keep in the house (like egg whites, and bread) for my mom. I'm okay until I have a REALLY bad day, then it kinda gets worse cause I don't care about what I eat after. =(

The only thing that triggers a binge for me is cereal.  If there's no cereal in the house, then there's no way I'll binge. But if there is, and I start, i move on from cereal to anything and everyting in mass quantities.
