hi ive currently been trying to maintain my wieght now after loosing 30 kg.. is this ok? i start my day with one breakfast and in between meals i snack on 2-3 fruits and have one main meal a day? is this ok? cuz i keep thinkin the two or three fruits will start to pile on the pounds? please help!

You need 5 servings of fruit and veg a day, and if half or so were fruits, I think you're in good shape.
Fruits are really good for you. Just count the cals and enjoy. Bananas and apples are part of my keys to maintainence, since they're large and filling, and can fill me up with few calories.

Haha. 2 or 3 fruits won't make you fat. I gorge on fruit all day, cherries, passionfruit, strawberries and I don't gain a thing.
As they said count the cals. Fruit is super low cal, but if you gore on fruit (and i mean gorge) on top of other stuff, then you coudl gain. but not from eating that much. I used to have about 4 apples a day (on top of other food !!) and rockmelon and pinapple and lost weightt. As longas you're eating other stuff that gives you iron and calcium etc.

Gorgeing on fruit would be having a whole watermelon, not 2 to 3 pieces.

Fruit is really good to eat in large quantities! I had a bit under a pound of cherries the other week, and was absolutely stuffed. I looked it up, and I'd consumed the equivalent of a bar of chocolate. There is no way you'd get the same satisfaction from candy.
Wow! only one main meal, I snack on fruits constantly and have 2 large meals a day. I don't think you're eating enough so you shouldn't even worry about the fruits.
