I do believe that I binged for about 2 years, and I put on 60 lbs.
i used to binge before i lost weight and i had gained 10 pounds in a year.
then i lost a lot of weight and needed to gain some back
Now i have gotten back into the habit of bingeing-notgood- and have binged for about 3 weeks and have gained 8 pounds.
now i am at the weight i would like to remain at, so hopefully i will be able to stop bingeing.
I binged for about 2 years really badly and gained 70 pounds. My highest weight was 230 and I was so sedentary and out of shape that I couldn't even walk a mile without getting out of breath.
For about a year now for me. Off an on.
Probably gained 10-15 lbs

4 months and I've gained 10 pounds. Ugh...
I binge on average (lately) 1-2 nights a week. I gain 3-5 pounds during those days, but back on track dieting I lose them. Its a vicious cycle :(
Last week, was eating everyday until I was sick, and ALL junk food...My scale jumped 20 pounds. Whether it will work its way down, we'll see.
about a year, and i've packed on 7 pounds. :( I am at a much healthier weight now, but I'd still like to lose about 5.
do post how you are doing now. Maintaining what you've gained? has lost your binge weight? feel free to update your progress, triumps, and frustrations.
