Hi all, I gave birth to my beautiful daughter 5 months ago and am breast feeding her. The thing is, I am under weight and struggle to eat regularly. Emily feeds so often and I get tired easily. I need to put on just under 2 stone so please wish me luck. I have tried putting on weight before but have always struggled.

i know it's tough, but a lot of women follow this rule: when baby eats, you eat. keep things like peanut butter crakcers on your night stand and in the living room on the end table...apples or bananas are good too. also, make sure you're drinking enough water. if you're concerned about eating healthy, just make sure you eat a LARGE salad at night with some grilled chicken or something. and keep taking your prenatal vitamins!
