My name is Veda & I gave birth to my 2nd child April 10th. It was a baby boy, so now I have my girl & my boy. I have been married almost 2 years now. I am hoping calorie count will motivate me to stay on track with getting back into shape. When I say "back into shape" I mean pre-1st-baby. I only gained 30 lbs. with my son (same w/ daughter) & I've lost 23. I want to get toned again. A # isn't good enough. To be frank, I got pregnant at 19, I'm now 22 & I'm dying to look good in a bikini again... maybe even get into some modeling when my son gets done breastfeeding. I was small last year, but I didn't seem to have much definition. Right now I am doing a HIGH protein, HIGH fiber diet, but I'm never strict on myself as far as food goes- I love cookies & chocolate. When I find myself wanting sweets I grab fruit- if the craving doesn't go away I indulge in the good stuff. That's a little about me & I'd like to meet other moms my age w/ similar interests.
