Bisquick Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup milk, 2%
2 eggs, large
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
  1. Mix together all ingredients. Preheat non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking oil. Spoon 2 heaping tablespoons full onto skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on surface, turn over, continue cooking till browned.

  2. Makes 14 pancakes.
