Wow wild 4 lbs is Awesome. It sounds like you've been storing some water too. Good job. I'm hoping for a loss this week too. I'll get on the scale in the morning.
I'm having trouble posting my information to the Biggest Loser board. Is anyone else having problems?

Never mind - I finally succeeded in getting it to post. Didn't want to have that 1.5 pound loss go to waste - ha!
hello everyone!!
we went to a place called elephant rocks yesterday, and hiked it. we had alot of fun! the hike was alot of up hill and down hill. and hikeing up on top of the huge rocks! anyway i uploaded a new pic of me..... see if you can tell a difference. thanks!

hey everyone, hope you are having a great weekend. the results are in! i posted them above. good job everyone!! have a great day!!
hey guys! i have had computer troubles. but i back up and running again!! hope all is doing good!!
lets go blue!!
Hi wild, elephant rocks sounds cool. I wish it wasn't so cold here. I need to get back into walking every evening.
I have broken my plateau finally. I hope the scale keeps moving down in the next few weeks.
r4boxer, way to go!! it is still pretty nice here. high 60s durning the day and 40s at nite. a couple of nites ago it got down to 27. burrrrrr. cant seem to get out of the 170s! this week has been a very bad one. my 13 yo toy poodle i dont think she will be with us much longer. we think she had a stroke. vets want to put her to sleep, but i cant do that. the next day she was a little more spunkier. and today she is mopey again.... then on sunday my aunt called and was having chest pain. she lives beside us so i went running over there to find here doubled up on couch. got her to a hospital and they transported her to a heart hospital. she had a major heartack. she only 56 yo. she son lives 20 miles away and he beat the ambluance here. well since i am back up and running again, i have lots of emails to answer. congrads on breaking that plateau!! keep up the good work. chat later!
Wow, I'm sorry to hear about your pet poodle and your aunt. You've had a very stressful week. I'll be thinking and praying for your family.
I viewed your photos and your looking great! Keep pushing forward.
hey all, just here posting the results. hope you are having a great weekend!!
thanks r4eboxer!
this it great blue team!!

good morning teammates!! just checking in to see how you all are doing?? r4eboxer did you get moved??
you all have a great day and rest of week.
Hello All,
Wild, we are moving weekend of Nov 15. FINALLY!!! I'm so excited. The next step is to get the "old" house ready for the market. I'm hoping to get it sold this spring. We are in an area that was not hit hard by the housing market. I have high hopes for a quick and profitable sale. LOL
This move will mean I can finally get back on track with my diet. We have been eating out 5/7 days a week. I'm surprised I've managed to maintain my weight and not gain. I can't wait to cook a full meal in my kitchen again.
How are things going for you? I'm curious about your candles, do you have a website?
Yeah team Blue. WE'RE WINNING!!!!
Hi everyone! Just logged on to post my weight and read that the blue team are winning...!!! Well, it's not due to me, sadly, but you guys have been doing soooooo well - Congratulations!
Wild, sorry to hear about your little poodle - I know how you must be feeling. My little westie will be 16 next January, and each day he seems to go downhill a little more, I dread how it will end. He is almost completely deaf and can't see very well either - but he still enjoys the garden and his food!
I hope your aunt is recovering. What a shock that must have been.
r4eboxer - good luck with your move!
Talk soon.
GO TEAM BLUE!
Thanks lets. I'm really excited about the move. I'm going to put up my Christmas tree as soon as I come to it. I am so happy to have a house that will be "put" together again. I'm tired of living out of boxes.
hello all, good job on all the weight you all have lost! with everyones loss it makes us the big loseing team! way to go everyone!!!
r4e, cool! i bet you are ready to settle down in you new home! i know i would be! i dont have a "website" but i do have a myspace with just my candles. you can go there and check them out.... the addy is http://home.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction= user
and you dont have to be on my friends list to check it out....
thanks lets, the poodle is still hanging in there. she has some good days and some not so good days. but she is eating a little better. and she just loves to cuddle up to me when i am working on a quilt. we lost her man (poodle) last year at thanksgiving. he was 15. she is 13. so we expect it and know its comming. that will leave us with 1 dog. a black lab. i told hubby i didnt want anymore. the lab will be enough! my aunt is doing much better! thank you! yes i was a shock, but no it wasnt. she has heart troubles. it was more scary than anything! and ambluance slow and this bandaid station here in our town is a joke! they let her lay there for 4 r 5 hours before sending her to another hospital that could help her! any way she doing good.
well blue team keep up the great job on all the losses!
good luck this week and have a great week!!
Good Monday morning all,
I had a great weekend, we celebrated my mom and step dad's 25th wedding anniversary on Sunday. It was so much fun. My sisters and I planned the whole thing and surprised her. We told her it was an early Thanksgiving as my oldest sister could only come in on this weekend.
I've managed to maintain my weight, but I really need some motivation. I've been raiding the Halloween take WAY too much, and now I've got left over anniversary cake at home. I must start walking again.
How was everyone else's weekend?
wild, I'm going to look at your website. I'd like some christmas candles. Can't wait to get the holiday season in full swing.
good morning team!
i did my weigh in today and i am disgusted! i am still bounceing around 170 - 172! it like my scales and body dont want to go under 170! grrrr....... things are slowly calming down around here with my aunt feeling lots better. and my little doggie still not doing good. so now i going surfing to see if i can find some different tips. i have upped my cals., i have lowered my cals., i have upped my workout time, still with no luck.....
r4e, i do have a few of the christmas scented candles. cool on the surprise anniversary party! and cool on manageing you weight! the left over cake..... cut it into serving peices and put it in wrap and something with a lid on it and put it in the freezer... lasts for 6 - 9 months. good luck with it.
going surfing, good luck all!!
hi all, i am still around. just been keeping buzy, and am kind of lonely. yes my baby girl bre (toy poodle) gave up her fight. she died wed. so i have been trying to stay buzy so i dont sit and think about her. it is very lonely without her! so our lab stays inside most of the time now, since it has gotten cold. well just wanted you all to know i still here and doing ok.
lots of luck all!
hi all well i think we should all be very proud of ourselves, were doing great,i no how you feel wildntaken i seemed to bounce around 227 for weeks but it did start to drop and now 214 but its enough to make you scream lol,ive just put some pics in my gallery of me at my starting weight of 252 and me now,i cant see much diffrence but others can, have a good week all x
hello team, i have hit that wall and cant seem to do anything to get over it!
hope you all have a great THANKSGIVING!! me i am not going to care what i eat and how much i eat. maybe that will help me bust this wall.
