I LOVE Morningstar spicy black bean burgers.....does anyone have a good veggie burger recipe which would not have all the sodium in it?

I looked around for a good recipe and didn't find one that satisfied me (I'm picky).

You could substitute black beans in this recipe Lentil Burgers with no problem.
Thank you, Claire....I will try it out.  I've not hear of flaxseed meal, could I get that in a regular grocery store?  Or is that a health food specilaty?
I've seen flaxseed meal at regular large groceries, but the price can be a little high.  It seems cheaper at health food stores.  You can also buy regular flax seeds and grind them yourself, you lose a lot fewer of the beneficial oils that way.
I've seen it in the health food section of the supermarket.  I use it because it adds fiber and essential fatty acids.  It makes a good replacement for bread crumbs in things like these burgers, or meatloaf and the like, because it does absorb moisture.

If you can't find it, any bread crumbs will work.
