I wanted a black bean burger with no egg.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Burgers - No Egg

1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1/4 cup carrots, grated
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 cups cooked black beans
1 T mustard
7/20 cup bread crumbs
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1 medium green bell pepper
1/2 t ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Burgers - No Egg

  1. cook carrots, onion, green bell pepper and seasoning until tender.

  2. Place in food processor

  3. Remove to a large bowl

  4. Process black beans

  5. Add to bowl and mix

  6. form patties and let them sit in the freezer for a few minutes

  7. Cook in large skillet
