Ingredients
16 oz black beans
10 oz frozen corn
2 large tomato, diced
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
  1. open, drain, rinse black beans

  2. cut corn off cob (previously boiled)

  3. dice tomatos

  4. add vinegar

  5. add spices if desired, parsley, cilantro,

  6. Chill
