| 15 | ounces Organic kidney beans |
| 3 | medium tomatoes |
| 4 | ounces green bell pepper |
| 4 | ounces white onions |
| 20 | ounces water |
| 5 | ounces lemon juice |
- Dice tomatoes, green bell peppers and white onions. Mix all ingredients and add in crockpot. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Makes approximately 8 servings, 1 cup each.
