Bloat, flab and the body undernieth.
The most frustrating thing for me is the extra fat that is now left over on my belly and mid torso. I still have at least 20 more lbs of flabby fat to loose. SOme days buy at the end of a long day or work, exercise, raising kids and stuff and more stuff I feel bloated and flabby. I can work out twice in a day. Run in the morning and get to the gym at night and after a few hours at my desk and a few in the car I'm feeling not much different at 260lbs than I did at 360lbs. The me undernieth is in wonderful condition. I'm running 5K's in 34mins or less a few days a week, people comment on my looks all the time, and I just bought some new suits because I've lost so much they can't be tailored down enough to look good. Gold plated problems I know... But still I feel like YUCK!! The fat jacket is just gotta go... I want it gone NOW! I'm cool with the active lifestyle, I can handle the responisbility of a lean body, really I know I can... Isn't there a quicker, easier, way that doesn't involve surgery? At a certian point all the sit-ups and crunches in the world aren't gonna eat up the fat. Just one thing, the blessed defecit. Ahhh how I love the gift of the defecit, so simple and yet so effective, nothing else has ever worked for me. Burn more than I take in. That's it, I can eat 4 McDonalds double cheeseburgers (not that I would but it's how this thing works) and if I burn 500 calories more than those burgers and everything else I ate that day. I'm going to get smaller. I strive for a 1000 calorie defecit myself. I usually blow past that with a defecit over 2000 a day. I'm losing 10 lbs a month, sometimes more. BUT I WANT THE FAT JACKET GONE!! I want NO BELLY FAT for the first time since I was 8... Breath boy, it will come... it took 33 years to grow it, it may take a couple to remove it completely.
you can do it.don't sell yourself short and don't take away the sense of empowerment that i know you feel from doing it the right way. congrats on how far you've come but remember anything worth having usually takes work...and upon achieving it the feeling is so much greater!!
