Bloated all the time and I don't know why.

I feel so bloated all the time and it isn't around my time of the month either. Does any one know why, and how to get rid of it?

There are a lof of possible causes and without a lot more detail, I don't know how anyone can guess.

You could try using the WebMD Symptom Checker.
Bloating is such a pain because it makes the body look fatter than it is which doesn't help when you're concerned about your weight.

If you are on a Western diet, at least consider wheat intolerance  because it's really common! You don't have to have celiac's disease to be wheat intolerant either. I was consistently bloated for 1 and a half years and since cutting out wheat completely I got to see that my tummy was something to be kinda proud of.

Good luck
yeah, i bloat up when I eat bread... the yeastier the bread, the bigger the bloat

but it could be other things too

how long has it been going on?
you should see how much sodium you are consuming each day... you shouldn't have more than 2400 mg ... i used to get extreme bloating and checked my sodium and it was really high... once i decreased it and started drinking wayyyyy more water the bloating went away!
you might want to try to rule out dairy and wheat for a couple of weeks and see if your bloating decreases - mine did!
i had the same problem and then i found out that i was mildly alergic to dary, and uping your intake of fiber will praboly help out too
Make sure you're drinking lots of water, otherwise your body will hold on to the water already in your system.
Sometimes eating too much fiber causes bloating. If I eat anymore than 45mg of fiber a day I look like I've got a freakin' baby on board.
